These Terms of Service govern your use of our services and products related to sports club data management, specifically our tool developed through Looker Studio to assist with injury registration, availability and load overview. Please read these Terms carefully before engaging with our services.
1. General Information
Our company provides a data management tool designed to help sports clubs monitor injuries and training loads.
The product is accessible through a custom setup via Looker Studio.
Purchases are not made directly through our website. Instead, interested clients must contact us to discuss and agree upon terms of purchase.
2. Purchase Process
To acquire our product, you must initiate contact with us via e-mail.
Upon agreement, we will send you an order confirmation and sales and delivery terms outlining the details of the purchase.
The order confirmation is a confirmation of what the buyer has ordered. The buyer then has to proceed with the transaction.
3. Use of the Product
The product is provided for use by the contracted customer solely for their internal purposes.
You agree not to modify, distribute, or sublicense the product without our prior written consent.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the product, including but not limited to designs, code, and data formats, remain the property of SportSync ApS.
The customer receives a license for the intended use only as specified in the contract.
5. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the product.
We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to the product if terms are violated or if necessary for legal reasons.
Upon termination, all rights granted to the customer will cease.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Danish law.
